What is the deal with the World Travel Awards? Is that a real thing? If so how does British Airways get an award for the best First Class?

BA First Class could definitely win an award for most accessible product, especially compared to its European counterparts like Swiss and AirFrance.

Also, it ranks Virgin Upper Class as First Class (not business), so the rankings are definitely a bit fishy either way.
