World of Hyatt resort fee question

World of Hyatt resort fee question

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Lucky

Part of the World of Hyatt program is that Globalist do not have to pay resort fees. What happens if one is booking on the Hyatt.com site a prepaid rate? The resort fee is already baked into the overall cost. Would their system know that the person booking is a globalist and have the resort fee waived or will the hotel reimburse the resort fee after check in?

    Thanks

    Mike

Does the prepaid rate actually specify that it’s included? I was under the assumption that resort fees are always billed separately, even on a prepaid rate.

You could call Hyatt and have them book it for you, while taking into consideration the waived resort fee for Globalist members.
