Why do taxes/fees vary for a reward flight (AA)?
I was considering booking a 15k AA mile flight one-way from New York to Vancouver.
If I go this coming week, I have to pay 15K+$80, but if I go in May, I have to pay 15k+$5.60 — why are the “cash” taxes and fees different?
hi @James321, unfortunately you’re getting charged the $75 close in fee that AA charges for reservations made within 21 days of travel.
