What to do with ~300,000 Qantas Points?

What to do with ~300,000 Qantas Points?

I have no idea what to do but I want to do something soon with them.

Jaydan, are you based in Australia? Qantas uses a distance based award chart, so assuming you find availability, you have more than enough for a round-trip business class to anywhere on Qantas metal.

What’s on your travel bucket list? If you have a couple places in mind, we can recommend better how to use the points.

anywhere in asia really, i am based in sydney, i am taking my partner with me so somewhere like singapore or hong kong would be nice i guess

Assuming there is availability, mileage required per person on Sydney to Hong Kong or Singapore is 28,000 (Economy), 45,000 (Prem Economy), 60,000 (Business), 90,000 (First)

You can search for availability directly on Qantas website.

I believe you can also redeem for flights on Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong, which would cost a bit more miles, but you still have enough.

Someone with more experience down under might be able to chime in on what the taxes and fees are on Qantas rewards…

74,000 points for cx J perth to tokyo with extra flights to stop over back in taiwan as well

    have a look through here
