I often wonder how many points people in this hobby have. Especially bloggers. But it isn’t widely talked about. I always thought it would be interesting if bloggers kept a running points total.

Does anyone care to share some of their more impressive points totals?

For me I’ve only been in it for about a year so I only have 90k UR and 80k AA and much lower totals in several other.

I’m a hoarder, so bad example! But, I have around 500K American (what I primarily travel for work), 100K ish on United & Delta, 200K AMEX & Chase.

I’ve been hoarding so far as well. Saving up for a nice honeymoon. I forgot about 550K HHonors, but those are easy to earn. I’ve been flying AA only this year for work travel trying to gain at least some kind of status. Really wish we were allowed to use our personal CC for business travel 🙁

I try not to hoard points and miles because I fear devaluations and negative program changes, however, in the last few months I’ve redeemed about 200,000 points and miles for award flights and other purchases. Currently have 150,000 points and miles spread across three programs.

I’ve earned about 300k lifetime United miles, and still have around 60k of them.

Also earned 55k Alaska miles so far

And just redeemed my 135k SQ miles!

Then 105k Chase, 80k Citi, and still waiting for my first batch of AMEX points to come in!

I currently have 600K UA miles. Hope to take a RTW FC trip in the next year.

Still figuring this out.
