Want to travel around the globe with SIA suites

    Hi,

My dream is to fly with Singapore Airlines from FRA – JFK, LAX-SIN-FRA in the suites.

How can this happen for me? I live in Norway, is it possible to get any of those credit cards when I’m not living in America?

hi @scandinaviantraveler and welcome. Unfortunately, unless you have a US social security number you will not be able to apply for US credit cards so you’d have to find some other way of accumulating Singapore miles. The other piece of bad news is that SQ will soon discontinue suites from the US west coast so you don’t have much time to do this :(.

Credit cards that are actively written about on here are mainly for ones in the US or ones that can apply for US credit cards because they have a US social security number.

While cards outside the US aren’t discussed, http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2015/07/30/choose-credit-card-outside-us/ is a good blog post to read so that you can select a card available to you in Norway.

SQ serves some Europe-Singapore flights with their A380 and sometimes fares can be cheaper than normal. I would look into that.

http://youhavebeenupgraded.boardingarea.com/ usually posts about discounted premium cabin flights that originate or terminate in Europe. However, the blog is in German, I believe.
