Probably will but you can just pay directly for the bill with the card unless there is some reason to lock yourself into a gift certificate. Also if you have the Ink line you can pick up Hyatt gift cards at Staples for at least 5% off. Also keep an eye on gift card retail websites. They often offer deeper discounts.
