Using Flagship Check-In when traveling on oneworld partner
Hi All,
Is it possible to use Flagship Check-In at LAX if flying CX F to HKG on a ticket issued directly by CX (without AA flight segments or AA record locator)? The website states: “You can enjoy Flagship Check-In at participating airports if you’re traveling First Class on an international American or select oneworld® airline in your outbound itinerary.”

I’m curious how AA is able to access a reservation and print a boarding pass without an AA record locator. Has anyone had experience with this?
Hi! There’s a thread about this somewhere on the forum, but I can’t find it either. I think what we decided last time is that it’s possible but it really depends on your situation as to whether it’s practical.
American can’t print your boarding passes or check your bags, so if you need to do that it’s a bit useless. If you have hand baggage and check-in online, you could then use the Flagship Check-In at T4 to leverage the expedited security lane, and then walk through the skybridge back to TBIT.
