Using Avios points

Using Avios points

  1. Anonymous Guest

I have 100,000 Avios and don’t often travel to the UK. When I do fly overseas I am generally with my family (total of 5) and fir all of us to do anything with points, we require a LOT more than 100,000. I’m struggling to find good ways to use these Avios outside of flying on BA.

    thanks!

Where do you usually travel to?
Avios are good for shorter flights, intra australia, and intra asia . Its probably not going to help you too much in terms of getting from you home airport to europe, asia, africa, australia, but if you have a trip planned in asia and want to visit multiple cities, BA be redeemed for pretty good values.

They’re even good for non-stop trips on AA within the US/Canada. Short trips require just 7500 Avios. There just has to be saver award space available.
