Anonymous Guesti have 115k delta miles left after a trip last year and want to know how to use them up. we are planning a trip toseattle from palm springs and the cost of 2 tickets is about 1k to 1200. i could use 76k points. is tht a good use? what is way to calculate what is good value?

hi Larry, there is no defined measure of “good use”. People value points and cash differently and ultimately you have to decide what the points are worth to you vs their alternate uses vs. cash while also factoring in what you think will happen to those points in the future. At $1200 you’re getting about 1.58cpm which I would say is a middling redemption.
