Anonymous GuestRecently I booked myself into main cabin extra on American from JFK to MIA. I’m curious if I can pay to upgrade myself into first for the flight, like you can do on Delta. I can’t seem to find a way to do this on the website. Any tips?

It’s not always offered. You can call AA but it might be just the fare difference. You may get an offer when you check in to the flight. I think that’s the only time I’ve been offered paid upgrades on AA, and it’s not all the time
