United Lounge in SFO

United Lounge in SFO

  1. Anonymous Guest

Have you been to a United Lounge in SFO recently? I went to two last week, a teeny one near gate 60 and the larger one near the roundabout where you can find gates.. 70+, 80+ etc. I was blown away at how crummy the small lounge was.. and how terrible their food selection was. I thought that it was just an interim lounge or something and didn’t really count. Then 2 days later I was in the large lounge that they have had for a while. None of the coffee machines worked, food selection was very small and unappetizing, no longer can you find bottles of water, soda etc. to bring with you, etc.. I am wondering why I spent $450 to get lounge privileges since they have downscoped the lounges. Is this true of other United lounges too? thx deb porter
