United Customer Service failure
Good Evening Ben – My fiancé and I had the worst customer service experience regarding an international flight (using miles) with United. I would like to share my experience with fellow travelers. United’s online reservation system has a glitch (one that I have replicated multiple times to make sure it’s on their end) that leaves travelers stranded with zero options. I imagine you work with United so you may not find interest in angering a client or potential client.
