transit via usa to Europe via mexico
I was wondering if you may know that can i transit houston to an international flight i have been in Mexico for a month and have my esta on my UK passport

You’re in Mexico and want to fly to Europe via the US? If that’s the question then the answer is that there’s no sterile transit of the US so you’ll have to enter the country and then go back through Customs & Immigration to go to Europe.

can i enter the us
From my understanding, as a UK passport holder, you can fly with that itinerary under conditions.
Firstly, you need your ESTA, which you stated you already have.
Secondly, have you travelled to any other countries besides Mexico in the past 14 days?
If you have only been in Mexico for the past 14 days, you should be able to travel on this itinerary.
