I have no definite dates yet, but am looking to travel DTW-MNL later in the year. I have done this (in business/first) on DL in 2014 for 130,000 miles and in 2015, with a few days in HKG, for 140,000 miles. I don’t expect to get those prices any longer but am looking for search suggestions. I have about 195,000 miles on AA, 39,000 on Delta, 46,000 old Club Rewards from DC, 170,000 Starpoints and 106,000 Ultimate Rewards.
Flights booked on DL through ICN or NRT are showing at 300,000+ miles; while I have seen some from LAX, through CAN on CZ at 190,000 miles. Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

With your AA points you could use an AA positioning flight to a city CX flies to and get to MNL via HKG and a US city. You could also transfer the SPG points to JAL where you could book EK via DXB (you would have to buy a positioning flight, though ie. dfw, jfk, old)
You could also transfer the Ultimate Rewards points to KE and either use DL to position to a city KE services or see saver space on DL from DTW to ICN and then KE from ICN to MNL.

You got tons of options with those totals! I also fly to MNL yearly, throw Delta to the gutter with those rates and use it for a domestic flight or a positioning flight. How many people flying? Ask yourself if there is any airline you would like to try. You take a short flight to Chicago then you got ANA, Asiana, Cathay, EVA, JAL, Korean, and Etihad. Emirates also flies to MNL but from Dubai you have a long flight on the 777-200 and both first and business are angled seats. So I wouldn’t recommend them.
