Swiss F miles credit

Swiss F miles credit

    Hi Lucky,

Firstly, thanks for all your hard work!

I booked a 2-4-1 Swiss First ticket on your recommendation and we’re travelling from LCY-ZRH-PVG return in First (J the first leg). Unfortunately it looks like the A340 refurb programme hasn’t reached this segment yet.

My question is where should I credit the points/status for this flight. I’m One World Emerald with BA (and previously Qantas prior to moving to the UK) but am wondering what the best return would be. I’m flying with my wife, however I understand that Miles and More don’t let you pool points or have any worthwhile transfer partners. What would be the best use of earnings for this flight please.

    Thank you sincerely in advance.

    James

The best for who is the real question here. For Swiss bottom line, I suggest you just forgo any miles given it was such a cheap ticket anyway? Why all this greed?

James, I imagine even at a 2 for 1 special, your ticket was not cheap.

Have you looked at http://www.wheretocredit.com/ to see which program would give you the most redeemable miles?
