Hello everyone

Would like to know your comments on swiss airline business class 777-300er from kuala lumpur to zurich.

ALso, do they provide pillows on business class.

Swiss business class is lovely with excellent catering, the only downside is the seat configuration, try and snag a throne seat if you are travelling alone. Try to snag a seat in row 4/5, those are exponentially better. Row 4 offers unrestricted foot space – so does row 6 so if row 4/5 don’t work out try row 6. If not, it’s still pretty great with good food and currently unpolished service due to how new the 777 is, but that’ll change soon

Hello [USER=1671]@kitkat[/USER] and welcome. I have a different take on Swiss having just flown BKK-ZRH. Bottom line is I was underwhelmed with everything. But to answer your question on pillows, yes but they are small and not very useful. Also to [USER=26]@Alvin | YTHK[/USER] point, the mini cabin does look nice but you won’t get a throne seat. Those are reserved for elites. Full pictures of row 6 and 7 (I sat in 7a) in the report.

If it were me I’d choose Turkish. The food and the bedding is far superior. Since LX doesn’t fly this route direct you’ll have to connect somewhere.

Good job [USER=26]@Alvin | YTHK[/USER] Maybe they release the seats close to departure like Qantas does on their premium cabin? The way they handled my situation left a sore spot with me however. They were rude about it. Add in the food and LX is not a fav. Just my opinion tho.

You can always ask at the check-in Desk 😉 That’s how I got 4A 😛
