Summer Travel Europe
I am taking my family of 4 to Europe this summer and trying to use Miles. Outbound was a breeze LAX>CPH on Lufthansa, got it all handled in 1 day. Coming home LON>LAX in late July has proven to be much more elusive, we only have 30k/person to do it with 60k on Delta (Virgin) and 60k United/AirNZ. Occasionally the correct dates are available but they have a stop. How long should I wait for a n/s before I settle for a one-stop?
Thanks,
Eric
@Eric Imley — Welcome! For peak summer travel between Europe and the West Coast for a family of four, just one stop is great. I’d only anticipate additional space opening up within a few days of the flight.
