Suites/First award error?

Suites/First award error?

    Hi,
I just booked a one-way on Singapore SFO-HKG-SIN in First (Suites from HKG), and the total fees came out to $23.40 (“airport/government taxes”). Carrier surcharges came out to $0. I redeemed 91,375 KrisFlyer miles.

The same routing/class should have cost me $200+ in fees. My reservation was confirmed. Flights are SQ1 and SQ863

    Is this an error?

    Thanks,
    Dan

Likely. If they’ve ticketed it you’re probably fine but don’t be shocked if they ask for the money at some point either.

Have others heard of a similar situation? Bit perplexing since other flight options on the same day yielded the expected (higher) fees…
