Steinberger Dubai Mess
Hi Lucky,
I’m currently staying at the Steinberger Hotel Business Bay (Dubai) which is owned by Deutschland hospitality.
In the afternoon I had a quest from another room walk into my room as I was watching tv with the kids. The guest quickly apologised and left. Having felt a complete lack of security I called the front desk and asked for my money and to check out. They then called me and said that cct footage does not collaborate my story. When I did not accept it I spoke up head of security who said the cct showed the woman entering my room but it could have been me who let her in.
Now the interesting part. When I put up a fight the head of security and manager at front desk took me to the guest room and asked me to talk to the woman to collaborate my story. The woman wasn’t there and instead her room mate that only spoke Chinese. Now I’m wondering how would a German hotel chain accept head of security giving a guest the room number of another and furthermore using me to get a confession?
Dear Lucky,
The issue has luckily been sorted. Can you kindly delete this Questions thread.
Really appreciate it.
Thank you.
Regards,
Haman
