kw2652 New MemberI have a R/T award on ANA First in January 2021 booked through VS Flying Club before ANA drastically lowered their fuel surcharges. I’m wondering if anyone knows whether Flying Club has been willing to refund the overpayment of fees based on the new, lower amount.
I tried to call but got a clear message that they’re swamped and I should expect to wait at least an hour to get through, so I figured I’d see if anyone had already tried this and if they had any success.

Quick follow-up in case it’s useful to anyone: I texted Flying Club to inquire about this and I heard back a couple days later with a very friendly reply that they were processing a refund of ~$210. I have to say I’ve always found the Flying Club reps to be super friendly and helpful and that was true even by text.
