Question 1416

Question 1416

  1. Anonymous

    A couple of other questions.

If you had to get from Munich to Brussels how would you do it? The train ride is long (8+ hrs) so I assume a plane is best. Is it best to use Lufthansa? If so, are there any points I could use to do so? Assuming no status on Lufthansa but points (generally 100K+) with AmEx, Chase, BA and some with United.

Secondly, have you been to Prague? If so any hotel preferences?

Lastly do you have any interesting non-big cities to see in Germany? I know you’ve mentioned Berchtesgaden but that is usually closed in the winter.

    Thanks

@ rich — I have been to Prague. Stayed at the Sheraton, but didn’t like it much. I’d probably do a Club Carlson property or the Mandarin Oriental.

From Munich to Brussels a paid ticket is probably the best option. If booking in advance it shouldn’t be too expensive.
