Question 1325

Question 1325

  1. Anonymous

My niece is graduating college and will be traveling around the world over the next 6 – 12 months. I’ve already advised her on getting the Chase Sapphire Card. Her concern is over ATM fees. She’s does her banking with Citibank now. Are there any particular banks she should look at for low/no cash withdrawals for ATMs and has good locations in France, New Zealand and South America – which are the three locations she’s likely to visit/stay.

thanks for all the tips over the years

@ alcw — Dan makes a great point. Otherwise I would recommend BankDirect, as they waive a certain number of ATM fees internationally.
