Question 1187

Question 1187

  1. Anonymous

Hey Lucky! The Hyatt web site shows Club upgrades from paid nights are available for 3k-pts per night. Elsewhere the site defines paid nights to include Points & Cash. I’m trying to book the Club upgrade with P&C at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. Phone agent told me that Club cannot be booked this way. In your experience, does Club on point availability vary by property or season?

    Thanks!!

@ RadimusDadimus — When it comes to club and suite upgrades using points you do indeed have to book a fully paid rate, unfortunately. Points + Cash can be upgraded with a Diamond Suite Upgrade, but not otherwise. Sorry!
