I am thinking of using my Platinum benefit to purchase a Ritz Carlton bed , using the 40% off code
Does anyone know how these purchases are processed?
Meaning will they count towards 6x points if I use my Marriott card? 3x points on CSR ? or AMEX now has a deal for $100 off if you spend more than $500 at Ritz Carlton

Considering their website advertises Marriott/Ritz gift cards, I’d imagine the sale is processed directly by Marriott/Ritz corporate.
You could also purchase something smaller, like a dinner plate (:rolleyes:) and see how that processes, before buying the $1,500+ mattress…
