    I recently had to book a work colleague on a transcon LAX-JFK flight. The prices (as usual) were crazy and I decided to ‘go cheap’ and book on JetBlue in new Mint Class.

    I was nicely surprised when I got a follow up email today from JetBlue indicating that they have set up a dedicated MintClass phone line to service customers traveling in that cabin.

    I know that plenty of foreign carriers have dedicated lines for first class passengers regardless of elite status. This is the first I’ve heard of it for a domestic carrier. Does anyone know otherwise?
