What is the typical response time from PointsPro and is it dependent on whether you’re a subscriber/member (which I am)?
I realize we’re going into Labor Day weekend, but I wasn’t sure if the service operates over weekends.
Not complaining, just curious.
I’d probably guess that new requests on weekends won’t get responses until the next business day but I do know Tiffany’s been out busy with some personal stuff and Ben’s on his surprise trip with his husband and father so that’s probably why responses are taking longer than usual.
I’m sure they’ll be in touch as soon as they can! 🙂
I have my eye on some rewards and I want to make sure they do not go away.
Out of curiosity, if I see awards with Mileage Plus, but not Lifemiles, do I just have to call LM to process?
Check with Aeroplan first to make sure it’s not phantom space. If it’s. It then call LM, though they may still not be able to see it, in which case I don’t think there’s nothing you can do.
Are you searching single segments or connecting flights?
Thanks David! I was searching for 4 pax, one way, from SFO to LIS. MileagePlus has nonstop on TP for 70k and Aeroplan has the same flights for 220k.
