Hi –

I will be traveling to Phnom Penh for work and will be there for 4 nights and since it is my first time I would appreciate suggestions regarding what hotels to consider.

Traffic in Phnom Penh is terrible, so I would get as close to where you need to be for work as possible, personally. Raffles and the Rosewood are both well-regarded, but they are in the same neighborhood, and might not be convenient.
