Cairo tends to have good fares too. In Europe you can also get relatively competitive prices ex-ARN (Stockholm).
Also depending on the carrier you want to fly, you may find attractive fares from non hubs, that are hubs for other airlines or alliances. For instance, you can get at times “cheap” F fares on LH/LX when originating in CDG or HEL
