Roger MacNicol New MemberI’m staying at Swisshotel Zurich in a few weeks and was surprised that even though they joined Accor a few months ago they don’t participate in the Accor Loyalty program. Sadly I am unable to switch this stay to the Sofitel. I then looked further and found half the Accord hotels in Zurich don’t participate. I can’t think of any other chain with so many non-participating hotels. Do you know what the story is?
