    Hey all,

    Just wondering if anyone has had this same issue. I submitted for a status match with Hilton to Diamond (matching from IHG Plat as others have noted success with). I followed the directions word for word (.jpg only, etc) and submitted my request back in early April. I gave it about a week and never heard back and tried the website again but it noted that my email had already been used (meaning that the first time did in fact get submitted).

    Is there a number or email I can contact Hilton and inquire?
