Nepal Stay
Hi –
Is it possible to fly into Kathmandu from south-east Asia, get the visa-on-arrival, and stay for just a few hours landside and use a separate ticket to fly back to the US? Or do I need to stay in Kathmandu for one day as my tickets will be booked separately?
Thank you!
Hi @Tar_00 I have not heard of a minimum stay requirement. I would think your plan should work fine. Did you have any specific concerns?

Thank you for your reply. My only concern is what if I am asked for proof of lodging during the duration of my stay for which I’ll have none.

I would just show them your proof of onward travel. Should suffice.
