Negative miles on my iberia account
I participated in the iberia deal earlier last year (as I imagine many of us did) and used all of the miles but also transferred some to my British Airways account and then used them. My iberia account is currently showing, and has been since the expiration date, a negative balance of iberia miles. Is this something anyone has been able to resolve as Ive been stuck at somewhat of a dead end with customer service.
Any help would be appreciated, and i’m sure you have other readers who are in the same situation!
