National Car “Exchange”

I received an email to participate in the National Car Exchange. I posted the pertinent info below. I am an Executive member with National with a good amount of rental days each year. Has anyone heard of this? Worth it? Thanks.

The Exchange is a private online community of over 1,000 National® customers from across the country willing to serve as consultants by sharing their perspectives and opinions.
Joining this community will give you a direct line of communication to Enterprise management to offer advice and influence decisions. Please click on the button below to get started.

As a member, you can expect to spend 5 to 15 minutes online per week contributing to various community activities, such as surveys, discussion forums and chats with other members. You’ll have 24/7 access to the online community.

What’s in it for you?
This is a unique opportunity in which you will be our consultant, building connections among your fellow members and gaining insights of your own. And as a thank-you for participating, you will receive Amazon eGift cards and other rewards.

I’ve never heard of it, but I was asked last year to do a similar thing for Marriott. They send a survey probably once a month and always say as a thank you for participating, I’m entered to win a gift card. Never won a thing!

The surveys take about 5-10 minutes, so I fill them out just because I like giving Marriott feedback. I did 100+ nights at Marriott last year, so in my head, if Marriott makes any negative changes, I feel like at least I had a chance to give feedback.

I wouldn’t hold out for any major pay-out from participating, but if you have honest feedback you could give to National as a regular customer, it could be worth 5-10 minutes of your time.
