MikeW New MemberHi All – I purchased a Cat 8 travel package before the merger, and attached it to a reservation at Ko Olina (now a cat 6). My going in assumption was that I could change the dates on the reservation without any issue, but am being told by Marriott now that if I change the reservation at all, it will cause my certificate to be downgraded to the new Cat 5 (along with a 30k point refund). Pretty disappointing in this, and just wondering if anyone has found a workr-aound to this?
