Are you going to address and ask Marriott about the glitches with Platinum Elite Lifetime members seeing on their apps that one is an Ambassador now, and then being told that is a “glitch”. What kind of baloney is that? And, is Marriott going to “honor” this?
I think it’s fair to give Marriott a few days to sort everything out with their new system before starting to raise major concerns.
Unless you have an upcoming stay where the Ambassador could make a difference, then it may be worthwhile in that situation for you to reach out directly and ask for help.
I’d assume its still pretty crazy over there and things like this take quite a bit of time.
If you’re entitled to an Ambassador, I’m sure you’ll get any benefits and assistance that you’re supposed to get, but may take a call or an email. If you know you dont qualify but see it on available, dont push for it.
