I just read your article. I travel 200 night a year and find them beyond useless. They only know how to say no have never helped me. Everyone I speak with says the same. Is there anyone other than you that sees the value? It does ask what benefits will come from titanium. Do you have any insight?

Larry, it completely seems to be luck of the draw. Some love their Ambassador and swear by him/her, some are completely indifferent.
