Lounge Access NRT

Hi – I am flying Business class from KUL to NRT on Malaysian and onto ORD on AA. I am a one-world Sapphire and wondering if I would be able to use Japan Airline’s Sakura Business Lounge? If not, what lounge does AA use at Narita/can I access at Narita?

And secondly, I have a one-way domestic AA award and wondering if I do need to change the date – is that possible? Does the change require the same number of miles? If mileage requirement is different, can I simply pay the difference in miles?

    Thanks a ton!!

Yes, you can use any of JAL’s business class lounges since you have a same day ticket in business class on a oneworld carrier.

For your domestic award, if you booked a saver award and there is saver availability on your new date, call and change. No fees or additional miles needed. If youre changing from a saver to a standard award, then you can pay the difference in miles if you wish but there should be no additional fees.
