If my brother has a chase reserve card and I don’t but I’m flying, would it work for me to borrow his card to gain access to lounge in airport? We share last name.

You need to show the priority pass card and the boarding pass to gain entry. Unless you and your brother also share the same first name, you will be turned away since he will not be present.
