    Hey Lucky!
    Just wondering if you know what is going on with Lifemiles.. Their award space seems to have been going down considerably. I usually travel out from South Asia, and flights that I usually see to Tokyo, Australia and US are all extremely scarce. With Australia and Japan business redemptions virtually at zero and Asiana first & business out from US disappearing completely!

    I bought LM during their last sale, and now I’m trying in vain to redeem for tickets. The website showed no availability for a while yesterday, and errored out after that for multiple hours. Their call center recommended I try again after a few hours since their IT team was working on the site. This morning their site is up but availability is abysmal, even for non-stop routings where United and Expertflyer show multiple seats available. Some web searches indicate that their booking engine changed in the last couple of months, which may be responsible for this chaos.

    I am experiencing the same thing, but do not know what the past was like, so I have nothing to compare it to. I do not want to spend 450k miles 20k at a time in coach.
