Hi everyone. I have a booking through lifemiles on united metal leaving Syd tomorrow. I have found a better routing through iah that shows up on the lifemiles website. If I made the booking yesterday can I change it for free as within 24hrs?

Any chance United will change my routifnon the phone or even at the airport? Or keep mybrouting but allow me to change to an earlier connecting flight?

Sorry. Currently flying in business Syd sfo Ord with long layover in sfo. Would take a shorter connection even in economy. And would prefer iah if economy as shorter connection.

You have to call to make any changes and they’re a pain to call. You might still be subject to a change fee.

United can’t change your ticket since they didn’t issue it. At the airport on the day of the flight you might be able to stand by on an earlier flight or a different one for a fee.
