LH First Issue
I just flew LH in first from FRA-IAD booked using united points. Throughout the entire flight the inflight entertainment was not working and due to an upgrade to the wifi system earlier in the day the vouchers they provide for free wifi could not be used. I personally believe i deserve some sort of compensation for this but was hoping for some advice on who is the right person to contact since i bought the ticket through united and flew on Lufthansa. Has anyone experienced this before and if so what if any compensation did you receive?

Never experienced specifically, but you definitely contact Lufthansa and not United. No need to mention how you booked the flight, it’s irrelevant to them. I’d start with contacting customer service online and explain you flew Lufthansa First Class and had the issues you mentioned. Good luck!
