La Premiere Lounge Access
Hi Team-
Next week I’ll be flying Air France business class to Paris from Seattle, a flight where La Premiere is not offered, and then connecting to Barcelona in business class. I know Lucky posted a change in lounge access back in May, but I wanted to contact Air France to see if the updated rules have changed. When I called their US number I was sent to a Delta call center, where after being on hold for some time to check on my question, the supervisor said I’d have no issue accessing the first class lounge. I don’t believe that’s true.
I have not flown La Premiere in the last 12 months, however I’m hoping a extra nice phone call would win me (and the other person on my reservation) access to the lounge after payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Surprising my partner with a car driving us to the lounge would get this vacation off to a great start!
Thanks!
Oh, that’s certainly not true, but Delta agents often think they have First Class, and thus first class lounges.
You’ll need to call the La Premiere ground services desk directly (using Skype or Google Voice is easiest), as the main reservations line won’t be able to help: https://www.airfrance.us/US/en/common/transverse/footer/edito-la-premiere.htm?&utm_source=CJ&utm_campaign=Structural&ESV_market=US&utm_content=7718223_PointsPros,+Inc._12592561_DLA
