Just need to vent about aadvantage agents
Waited 40 minutes on hold for an agent. I knew within 30s I was going to have to hucb: after feeding her the flight numbers, she said “so you want from xxx to xxx on ?/?… I don’t see any availability.”
Waited another 40 minutes on hold. I knew immediately I got a legacy aa agent, and after feeding her the flight numbers, she said “yup. that’ll be 60k points and ~$20.”
Why the f*ck can’t they actually train all their agents how to book award travel?
I never phone on a weekend – always the worst agents. Glad things worked out for you.
