Me and friends have participated in the recently ended IHG Proceless Promo.
We did not get the confirmation emails for near to what we have sent.
In one case I got emails and played the game but did not get the points even after 10 days.

That said, I have read recently that someone contacted the CEOs office and they got all their emails and points sorted out. Can anyone suggest a better way to seek assistance?

Interesting.I received all of mine but my wife did not receive any. Where did you see these reports [USER=522]@PhatMiles[/USER]?

I totally forgot where I saw. Certainly somewhere in some blog comments.
My wife got all emails but not all points posted.
Other friend got 70 emails.
Another friend got none.
I hand delivered all the letters (all 4 of ours) in the post office.

If you haven’t done, it is better to email them.
