Hi,
I am travelling out of IAD today, my departing gate is in the C area. Would I able to access the Turkish airlines lounge? Or is it too far?

I am travelling out of IAD today, my departing gate is in the C terminal. Would I be able to go to the Turkish lounge in the B gates area or will that be too far?

Depends how long you have before your flight. If I remember correctly, they do not check your boarding pass before getting on the train or weird Dulles bus things. So, you’ll just have to account for getting back to terminal C.
