Hyatt Price Drop

Hyatt Price Drop

I recently purchased a non-refundable rate at the Park Hyatt Dubai. However, since booking a few weeks ago the price dropped significantly. Do I have any options to receive the new lower rate? I purchased with the Hyatt credit card, and I’m not sure if hotels count for price protection with this card. Just curious if anyone has had luck with Hyatt making exceptions to non-refundable rates if the price drops.

No, not likely. The price was dropped exactly because of you – they wanted some presales at this level and were happy to lower the rate now that the non-refundable sales was done.
