Hotel Bookings with Kids

Hotel Bookings with Kids

  1. Dmitri New Member

Planning some travels with my family (me + wife + kids (age 5 and 2). When I try and search for rooms using points (Club Carlson, IHG) — it says room not available for the desired occupancy level.

Can anyone help me with the official policy regarding children staying in the same room as their parents. We have a travel cot for the younger one — so his bedding should not be a problem. Would it be OK to book a room as 2 adults + 1 child ? Would the hotels create an issue with this?

    Thanks for all help!
    Dmitri

I cant speak for all hotels, but i frequent Hyatts. Ive booked a double room for 2 adults and brought my two kids. They have never said anything to me about it.
