HK: Hyatt Regency vs Intercontinental Grand Stanford?

HK: Hyatt Regency vs Intercontinental Grand Stanford?

  1. Matthieu New Member

    Hi,

I am visiting Hong Jong in July. We are hesitating between the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui and the IC Grand Stanford. We have no status with these hotels and don’t plan to book club rooms, so we’re mainly wondering which one has the best atmosphere, interior design, pool, location etc..?
As you’ve been to both hotels, could you please give us your opinion?

Ps: it would be for a 6 days leisure trip

    Thanks!!

HR TST is a bit more centrally located compared to the IC Grand Stanford. I stayed at the HR TST and it’s right by an MTR station and I found it very convenient. While I haven’t stayed at the IC Grand Stanford, on a map it looked a bit far from everything else.

That being said, the HR TST lobby is actually on the 3rd floor, so you’ll have to take the elevator up from the ground floor, then transfer elevators to get to the guest rooms each time.
