Help! LH changed planes and now no first class.
I’m sitting in the FTC right now and my PA just came to inform me that the plane from FRA to PEK has just changed to a different configuration without first class. This was part of an UA award ticket ORD-FRA-PEK for 120,000 UA miles. The PA said that I can contact United to try to get some of my miles back. I will try to do so, but is there any other compensation, if any in the first place, that I can get for this?
